Amazon UK and EB Games AU opened their pre-orders early only to be inundated with more pre-orders than they could handle and have since closed up shop. Walmart in the US accidentally opened its pre-order page early, and has since cancelled all pre-orders placed and issued full refunds to disappointed gamers.
