Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ now support Google’s ARCore

Back in August of last year, when Google officially launched its ARCore platform for augmented reality experiences on smartphones, only a few devices were supported out of the gate. That included the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. Samsung’s newest flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+, didn’t support ARCore when they launched earlier this year, but it looks like that has finally changed.
