Google Announces Plans To Finally Use Its Playa Vista Hangar

Google has finally announced plans to start moving some of its operations to the 319,000-square foot hangar in Playa Vista, a location it first leased way back in 2016. That’s according to a new announcement made via the official Google website for the property. Unfortunately, the search giant has still not outlined exactly what it will do with the property or provided a specific date on which employees will begin to arrive. Extensive office space – comprised of a three-story-tall steel structure, new skylights, and new windows – has reportedly been built-out inside hangar since last year.
