Bought this for a budget build for a friend. I really wanted something more in line to a GTX 1060 or an RX 480, but the prices are still a bit high for those cards. I am glad I went with the 1050. Doom, Civ 6, Witcher 3, Skyrim SE all run smooth as silk and look amazing on High/Ultra settings. This card should be good for 2-3 years easy.

    I paired this card with:
    i3 6100
    MSI H110M Pro-VD motherboard
    HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4-2133 (1 stick)
Kingston Digital 120GB SSD (very cheap and works well)
    2TB WD Green HD

This is a fantastic budget Graphics Card! I upgraded from my old 550 Ti to this and the results have been incredible!
    For general benchmarks:

    ~50 FPS on Skyrim Ultra
~65 FPS on Saints Row the Third
    ~45 FPS On Civ. 6

This is a huge improvement. Also, the installation is incredibly basic as this does not have the extra 6 pin needed from the power supply. Plug it straight into your mobo. and youre good to go.

OK so I’ve had this now for about a month and upgraded from a 750ti and this card is nothing short of amazing. I get between 40 to 60 FPS in Just Cause 3 which is one of the most demanding games out there on an AMD FX6300 coupled with an ASUS 970 Gaming Aura, this card runs everything so smooth and don’t even let me mention demanding games such as SecondLife, The Witcher 3, Mad Max, Fallout 4 which this card runs flawlessly on. Just an awesome upgrade for us mid level gamers.
