Data breach affects 150 million MyFitnessPal accounts

Under Armour is reporting that a data breach has affected approximately 150 million MyFitnessPal accounts. The company became aware of the data breach on March 25, though the breach actually occurred in late February. Under Armour says that payment info was not affected, but usernames, email addresses, and hashed (scrambled) passwords were compromised. MyFitnessPal users have been notified and will be required to change their passwords.
