Great Computer at a Great Price, But Came Misconfigured, January 4, 2017

This review is from: 2017 Dell 13.3″ 2 in 1 Convertible FHD IPS Touchscreen Laptop (7th Intel Core i5-7200U, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB HDD, Backlit Keyboard, HDMI, 802.11ac, Bluetooth, HD Webcam, Win10-Waves MaxxAudio Pro) (Personal Computers)
The computer works great and came at a great price. It also arrived in good time without any damage to the packaging. My only complaint is that it arrived with two misconfigurations. Dell phone support techs helped me straighten them out , but they shouldn’t have existed in the first place. They weren’t exotic–the touch panel needed an updated driver, and the USB ports were conflicting with the SD card slot. (Also, Dell online chat support was awful–use the phone for much better service.)

Very disappointed with Dell. Returned laptop because of poor performance, touchscreen not working, and no support.

The touch screen didn’t work at all. After weeks of arguing with Dell (they wanted to fix it I wanted a new one) I finally gave up and returned it. Dells customer service is horrible!
