Dell pre-orders available for five new Windows 8 PCs

Dell added three new consumer-grade devices to its Windows 8 lineup Tuesday, including the XPS 10 Windows RT tablet, the Latitude 10 Windows 8 tablet, and the Inspiron 15z Ultrabook, and two business PCs.
